Our Honey Mead has a remarkably distinctive flavor with a tone of flowers. For a big success, we have two kinds of mead. The first one, wildflower honey mead, has a characteristic flavor topped up with herbs and spices and the second one, acacia honey mead, with very soft and sweet flavor made of our awarded acacia honey.

Our flower honey mead is characterised by a sweet, spicy taste full of fragrant herbs.

This is exactly the mead we have on tap in our shop or at our stalls at the Christmas markets. Your favorite :) Excellent for sipping at any occasion and for making mixed drinks.

Traditional flower honey mead tastes best heated to 60-65 °C or cooled to 10-12 °C with a slice of lemon. More >>

Our acacia honey mead has a sweet, very delicate taste and a typical light yellow colour.

Acacia honey mead is suitable for gourmet sipping and preparation of mixed drinks. It tastes best chilled to 10-12 °C with a slice of lemon or lime or heated to 60-65 °C. More >>
