How to use propolis tincture
- For overall body strengthening: It is recommended to take approximately 1 drop of tincture per kilogram of body weight per day. Divide the total amount into three doses throughout the day, ideally mixed with water or a warm drink.
- To support immunity and vitality: Take 30 drops 2–3 times a day, diluted in a small amount of water.
- In case of fatigue or elevated temperature: Take 30 drops 3 times a day in a glass of water or herbal tea.
- For high blood pressure: Take 30 drops in the evening before bedtime, diluted in a small amount of water.
- For gargling or throat refreshment: Mix 1 teaspoon of tincture in a glass of warm water and use several times a day as needed.
- For the skin: The tincture can be applied directly or diluted (e.g. 1 teaspoon in 100 ml of water) to soothe minor skin imperfections, after shaving, or insect bites.
- For compresses: Dilute a small amount of tincture in water and apply it to gauze or a cotton pad.
- For inhalation: Add approximately 1 teaspoon to ¼ liter of hot water and inhale the steam for 5–10 minutes.
- For a heavy stomach or bloating: Mix 1 teaspoon in 100 ml of warm water or milk, preferably taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
- For toothache: Soak a small cotton pad with the tincture and apply it to the affected area.
- After a heavy evening or to support sobering up: Mix 30–50 drops in 100 ml of cold water – it refreshes and invigorates.
When diluted with water, propolis tincture forms a milky emulsion. Keep propolis away from contact with metal. Before use, test for possible allergy to propolis: apply a small amount on the inner side of your forearm. If no rash appears within 24 hours, you can use it safely. For long-term use, it is recommended to take short breaks from the treatment.
