The mead from acacia honey is suitable for comfortable drinking or preparation of mixed drinks. It tastes the best cooled to 10-12°C with a slice of lemon or lime or heated to 60-65°C.
In summer, we like to prepare honey sangria with acacia mead. We mix 1l of peppermint tea, 1l of green tea, one big bottle of acacia mead, fruit and rum.
