Acacia honey contains more fruit sugar, i.e. fructose, which causes it to crystallize more slowly. In its liquid state, it lasts for more than a year.
This honey is also referred to as the "sweetest honey", which is also taken into account when dosing it - we dose it less compared to other honeys.
Every drop of honey from our hives has passed through the hands of mom and dad, from removing the frames from the hive, hand-weaning them, centrifuging the honey in the honey extractor to filling them into jars.

Acacia honey is extracted in May from our hives located in acacia groves in the Topoľčianky area.
