WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT THIS TEA? We use only the finest quality whole leaf tea, pieces of fruit and flowers, and not the tea dust found in ordinary tea bags. Whole leaves are best. Our tea is packed in bags made of biodegradable material, which does not pollute the environment and breaks down faster in nature than conventional filter paper. The spacious and transparent pyramid pouches leave room for the individual tea ingredients to develop their true flavour and aroma. And best of all, the pyramid bags come in a resealable container that can be resealed for superior storage and flavor preservation.
AS WE LIKE IT: Pour boiling water over one tea pyramid per person and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Don't rush, just relax and watch the contents of the bag swirl and release their wonderful aroma.
OUR TIP: For an even better taste, add honeydew or acacia honey to your not-quite-hot tea. You will know that honey loses its healing properties at high temperatures. If you're not sure if your tea is already lukewarm enough and ready for honey, put one teaspoon of honey directly into your mouth, enjoy its wonderful taste and add the other to your tea.
