Perga pollen is an extremely nutritionally complex food. Bee bread, as perga is otherwise called, contains 3-14% fatty acids (linoleic, linolenic and arachidonic acid), 15-35% carbohydrates, a number of vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C, carotene, provitamin A, biotin, E and ruby), substances with antibiotic effects and 2-7% of minerals with traces of trace elements (iron, copper, potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium and silicon). It helps with disorders related to the digestive tract, has a positive effect against hair loss and increased brittleness of the nails, improves the ability to think and is beneficial in the fight against fatigue and exhaustion.

WHAT IS PERGA:

Perga (bee bread) is used by bees to feed their newly born offspring. The worker bee moulds the collected pollen with gland secretions and nectar into so-called brood. These are then placed in honeycomb cells in the hive and covered with honey. The mass thus formed then ferments and ferments. Through these processes, the perga obtains all the necessary and health-promoting substances.
