Another of the tasty treats we bake here in Choča. They are fragrant, sweet, baked with our homemade honey. Our spelt gingerbread is more than just ordinary gingerbread. They are memories of home, of Christmas spent with family, of moments of happiness and peace. Each bite is rich in delicious honey, which we source from our own bees, and spelt flour, which gives each gingerbread a unique texture and flavour.
