Propolis

Or also called the protector of the hive. It has antibacterial and antifungal effects. Bees cover the entire interior of their dwelling with propolis and protect themselves from the spread of bacteria and mould. For us humans, propolis is especially helpful for boosting immunity, speeding up wound healing and helping with sore throats.
